You can also add children’s heights into the app so it will immediately tell you if a ride is suitable or not for each child. Highly recommended if you’re going. ### 3/5 — Good not great *2024-08-27* Generally on a beautiful day most people were in good spirits but that couldn’t quite quell the downsides of the day. From extortionately priced average food, inaccurate waiting times I. E, despite times being displayed on one particular ride as 60 mins took nearly double as the ratio of fast track ticket holders to general users wasn’t shared evenly. Toilets missing toilet rolls and having to borrow from other cubicles. A couple of bins right next to queuing area smelled bad and needing emptying. Quality dipped a bit since last visit but at least kids left with a smile. ### 5/5 — Chessington!!! *2024-08-15* Chessington is an amazing place. Its bot only based on bug rollercoaster or small rides, its a mix between them. My family comes her like at least 3 times in the summer holidays since its so good. We spend all our time there and make use of all the rides there are to go on. I personally think that its one of the best family parks out there. Its a fabulous place and one of my families favourite park to go to. I went today and it was quite busy but we still had a blast! I thought it would be good to have all my resturant and swimming pool reservations all in one place. After downloading it, I was asked to put in my booking number and email address. I did this and it said ‘booking not found’ the booking number is on my confirmation email which I copied and plastered, and still not found. What a waste of time ### 1/5 — Unprofessional staff regarding digital photos *2023-09-18, version 3.5.1* Everything was so much fun and we had such an amazing weather in Saturday 16.09.2023, unfortunately the sad thing was regarding unlimited digital photo .. I’ve choose the option for £20 unlimited digital photo, and I end up just with 3 pictures as in most of the rides staff couldn’t upload and they kept saying it’s not working. Room on the broom, zufari and a few more weren’t available because the staff haven’t got a clue what to do .. The design appears to be an inside-out effort with little or no design thinking. It does not adequately support your visit from the visitor perspective. Information is neither contextual not dynamic. Small examples; no information on food and drink locations other than “closed”, why not provide opening times? No indication of what you can visit on early access in a dynamic way. There’s lots more! It is not like it’s in the middle of town ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — VERY GOOD THEME PARK *2026-07-20* This theme park is briliant the rides are intense and really fun ,i ws there recently and it was perfect, the prices for the fasttracks WOW very cheap better then alton towers , the fact that they also invested millions of pounds into a land for little children is amazing the paw patrol land turned out very perfectly the desings, styles, colours, rides everything is just perfect. Also the fact they are building a minecraft land thats gonna be spawing next year is magnificent !! The organisers , designer etc but alot of good thought and im sure it will turn out brilliant for next year , if chessington succed to build minecraft land while they’ve just built a paw patrol land and it all turns out brilliant chessington world of adventures will be the most popular theme park in the UK! We came by bus it was so easy. The park wasn’t too busy so waited on average 15-20m for rides. It felt very relaxed today. Shout out to a lady called Shannon who assisted at the Coffee Hut, very helpful and kind. Bad point - toilets in the dragon land by humanity were dirty, no soap and hand dryers didn’t work.
