I know tactics and principles pretty well, but I couldn’t convert positions with that because my development was unprincipled. BUT this app helps me get the reps in on specific openings, and it’s set-up where I can continually practice and master certain lines to Understand development, not just memorize. That’s what sets this apart from chess.com and lichess opening study. In the future, it’d be great if you could review specific games and build a practice repertoire. Anyways, this has filled in a gap of my play along with bots, game review, playing consistently, and watching educational content from top players and influencers (shoutout Hikaru). Chessreps has helped me at lot as 1000elo practicing openings I never see. Would be cool to have a “puzzles” section and it takes random positions from our openings/from games from our openings. But this has been really good. Would also like to be able to give a community course score like 1-5 stars? Idk. The back arrow just simply doesn’t work. Sometimes I get an error 500 msg or something. I’m going to Lichess now.
