Paid for premium to use on my chess board and the app and I get logged out like every day out of my account and it’s so annoying like why do I pay for premium and nice stuff and I have to login like every day to my board and chess to even use it just a waste of time it feels like honestly would rather just do it on my phone

I got the ChessUp board a few days ago and I’m already enjoying the app and chessboard so much. Definitely a 10/10

My board stopped working. Lighting is nowhere to be found. I’ve contacted support and they don’t even get back to you. I wish there was another app to connect to their board. This is basically a firmware update that’s messing up with the experience, and i can’t use my super expensive board anymore. 🤦‍♂️
