App loads the map but nothing else. A message at the top of the page displays “Error. Unable to load incidents”

**Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience. Our data is sourced from Chester County Emergency Services, which has been experiencing issues loading the last few days. Everything seems to be functioning correctly now.

What is wrong with this app?  It use to load quickly but now all it does is spin and trying to load incidents. By the time it’s done loading the fire department or police are at its destination.
