## What is Chew Sense?

This app provides a streamlined way to collect synchronized AirPods motion data and video for personal motion-analysis projects. Designed as a personal data-gathering and labeling tool, it automatically connects to supported AirPods motion sensors and ensures that recordings only occur when motion data is available.

Record video while the app continuously captures motion samples from your AirPods. Each recording is saved as a folder containing a .mov file and a corresponding .csv file with timestamped motion data. If a session begins with the "Not eating" flag enabled, the dataset can be exported immediately without any labeling steps.

For recordings that require annotation, the detail view provides precise playback controls and segment-based labeling. You can place markers, and the app will assign a boolean value to all samples between each pair of markers. Labeled and unlabeled segments are stored directly in your exported dataset for personal use or machine learning projects.

The app automatically pauses if your AirPods connection is lost and will not allow recording until motion data is available. This prevents incomplete or misaligned datasets and keeps your personal data collection reliable.
