If you’re registered with the old app, you need a password reset request using your email address. But the trick is: the code takes a while to arrive, and it ends up in the junk folder. Because of previous experience with similar situation, I waited a while and then checked my junk folder multiple times before finding the code. To avoid future correspondences from this company ending up in the junk folder, forward that mail to your inbox.
