## What is Chi Practice?

Qi energy is one of the main categories of Chinese philosophy, fundamental to Chinese culture. Most often it is defined as "pneuma", "ether", "air", "breath", "energy", "life force". It is the practices of working with this flow of energy that affect everything that happens in your life. If you learn how to manage the Chi energy, pass it through yourself, your home, your mind and your soul, you will fill yourself with vital energy, the energy of well-being and inner peace. 

Each practice consists of listening to Chi-charged melodies and sounds in complete silence, alone with yourself. The app also contains a basic set of audio recovery practices where you have to focus on yourself and what the guide is saying. Train several times a week and soon you will notice the first improvements in yourself and in your life! 

In the application, you can find a section of sounds for sleep and soothing: birdsong, crackling fire, cat purring, the sound of waves and much more!
