Lo 060609, il numero unico Chiama Taxi di Roma Capitale, si avvale di un sistema che rende più semplice e veloce chiamare un taxi grazie alla ricerca dei tassisti in coda al parcheggio taxi più vicino o, in alternativa, al tassista libero meno distante dal punto di incontro.

Il sistema è stato completamente rinnovato grazie all’impiego di tecnologie vocali per il riconoscimento degli indirizzi comprensivi del numero civico e dei cosiddetti punti di interesse.

Il servizio effettua, in primo luogo la ricerca del parcheggio taxi più vicino all’indirizzo fornito dall’utente inviando la chiamata direttamente alla colonnina. Se al parcheggio non vi sono taxi disponibili la chiamata viene trasferita al taxi libero più vicino all’indirizzo fornito dall’utente.
