Recently the response to emails/instagram contact has been none to days at a time. Drawings take days and are poor quality when received. Also, you can’t see the illustration before you buy it, and it’s not instantaneous, they put you in a queue and then try to charge you $5 more to jump the line. Total extortion. None of this is clear upfront… I’m trying to get a refund from them… we’ll see if they respond... I will update if so. **Developer response:** Thanks for contacting us Heather. There may be a bit of confusion regarding what our app does. We offer custom fashion illustrations by real artists. Our sketches are not generated by AI as it seems like you're confusing us with other apps that utilize AI. That's also why we can't show a preview upfront because the artist needs to physically sketch the image you submit first. That is also why it's not instantaneous because the artwork is assigned to an artist first and then they need time to sketch it. We also offer a revision as well in case there's any issue with the final product. In terms of pricing, for a real person to do the sketch, our pricing is extremely competitive at $9.99 for a base sketch with an option $5 fee if you need the work rushed. Everything (including pricing) is clearly stated in our App Store description, in our TOS and also again before payment during confirmation. Our customer service team responded to you immediately via the support ticket and will work until you are satisfied with the resolution. Our artists are very hard working people and we greatly appreciate you re-evaluating your review since it seems to be a miss-communication and some of the language you used like "extortion" is completely unwarranted. I’ve paid for it and this is don’t use your full picture and when you click to turn your picture in steck ask for more more without you even see your draw… no experience user been done. For sure will cancel it right now. Don’t buy ### 1/5 — STAY AWAY *2021-11-05, version 5.0.4* so this app cost $23 AUD …and so far I’m still “pending”…can’t edit a single photo unless I front more money to “jump the que”…what que? I paid, please provide access! Then apparently you have to pay PER picture. I’d stay away if I were you. This is a con. ### 1/5 — Deceptive *2021-05-31, version 5.0.4* I don’t understand why this product already costs 14.99 to use, but to top it off, you have to wait to get the product. If you don’t want to wait, you have to pay an additional 4.99. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. To top it off, they say that there’s no refund. However, you don’t find out that you have to wait; until, you have already paid. Update: In reference to your response, there should’ve been something clearly stated about it not being instant, and it should’ve been very visible. I wouldn’t have minded it if it were a filter. It sounds as if you’re being condescending, but please know this, I no longer want the product because I didn’t get it when I needed it. It has been a couple of days, and I still don’t have it, so all I want is a refund. We were charged twice, $14.99 each. Only one was delivered. Then were charged two additional charges of $4.99 each...I have no idea what those charges were supposed to be for. The “sketch” that was delivered was ridiculous. Every person in the “sketch” looked exactly the same and nothing like the picture submitted. After a 5 day wait (with no real update on timeline other than to pay MORE money to jump the line) I got two “sketches” that looked like they were drawn in MS paint by a toddler. Reached out to support to be given the run around and no help with refunding. They just want your money and don’t care about taking the time to make a quality product.
