Can’t access tickets. Can’t use my app for purchases at the UC. The Blackhawks says it’s a Ticketmaster issue, Ticketmaster says it’s a Blackhawks issue. I know it’s not my issue and someone needs to figure it out. Soon. ### 2/5 — Loading tickets into wallet *2024-01-29, version 1.2.4* Loading the tickets into iphone wallet doesn't work on all phones! Apple genius bar said they have gotten a lot of inquiry's but they can't fix an app problem. I tried to tell my ticket agent but it's still an issue 2 months later. I can view my tickets from my computer! I end up going to the internet to do it there. The official NHL app offers video game highlights and recaps, which this official Blackhawks app does not have. ### 1/5 — Potential to be a good app but... *2021-10-24, version 1.0.2* As a season ticket holder I was asked to use the app. Sometimes I can access my tickets and sometimes I can access virtual currency. Most time I cannot. The app is suppose to work seamlessly with Ticketmaster - it does not. Do not force season ticket-holders to use an app that sometimes works and clearly has some major bugs. ### 3/5 — Too Many Apps and Accounts *2021-10-03, version 1.0.1* I’d love to give the app a high rating but I’m growing weary of the whole thing. I have the official NHL app and I have the official Chicago Blackhawks app with their accounts and logins. Then I have the official United Center app with its own login and account which is supposed to enhance my game day experience. I also have my official Ticketmaster app that stores my game tickets with its own account and login. Now there is this separate app which won’t let me login to my current Blackhawk/NHL account so I have to create yet another account. And the thing is this has a piece or two of each of the other apps I already have but does not not have all of it. Nor do any of the five apps have the same data available at the official team website. I’m sorry, but are 5 apps and a website really necessary to enjoy hockey? It may be because when I want a piece of info other than Ticketmaster or United Center I generally can’t remember which of the 3 apps (or website) has what I want. Lines are long enough ar the games already and the delay to pay makes it longer. Also the redeem Chick fil a doesn’t work half the time.
