The app constantly logs me out and then when I sign back into the app, it does not update automatically to show what tickets have been issued out and which one haven’t. This has caused multiple issues of double booking game tickets when giving them out to customers. Then, once the quick download was done, I clicked on the app. All of everything Bulls I could imagine came up and I just spent like 3 hours observing the app. It’s overall a great app, between the Ticket purchase access, Bulls vs other NBA teams stats, Schedule, and more!! The only thing I could complain about and this really is no biggie, I could legit find this anywhere else is that they put a merchandise option on the app where we could purchase merchandise (Just a Minor Complaint).
