The app constantly logs me out and then when I sign back into the app, it does not update automatically to show what tickets have been issued out and which one haven’t. This has caused multiple issues of double booking game tickets when giving them out to customers. Very annoying and having to manually track the tickets in Excel defeats the purpose of the app tracking the tickets. ### 2/5 — Can’t Change App Icon? *2022-10-03, version 4.0.1* You used to be able to change the app icon to something else. There’s no option for that anymore. Otherwise the app does the same as any other sports team’s app does. So the content here is mostly very good. But the design? Holy crap!! Or I should say, Wholely crap, or holey crap. First of all, the “updated” version forces you to view in portrait mode. Bad. Worse, the content is strewn all over the place, out of order date wise. Like a article from a game a week ago will show before a game yesterday. What? Are they they trying to be asynchronously hip, like some sort of news aggregator? Then, once the quick download was done, I clicked on the app. All of everything Bulls I could imagine came up and I just spent like 3 hours observing the app. It’s overall a great app, between the Ticket purchase access, Bulls vs other NBA teams stats, Schedule, and more!! The only thing I could complain about and this really is no biggie, I could legit find this anywhere else is that they put a merchandise option on the app where we could purchase merchandise (Just a Minor Complaint). I highly recommend this app for the ultimate Bulls fan. He is a fierce competitor, who constantly hustles, is unselfish (to a fault), doesn’t hesitate to give up his body to draw a charge, and definitely possesses a very high basketball IQ. I know the fans in Chicago love him for all of those attributes.
