You cannot even use this app without giving up a ton of personal data. Home address, birthday, nonsense. You cannot skip this.

For the past two days I’ve been trying to get my tickets and i keep getting a “something is wrong the data can’t be reached because it’s not in the correct format”, but i’m using their app. i’ve turned off my wifi and eveything. 

The game is today 😩😩😩😩

iPhone/Settings/Safari/advance/block all = off

Then turn off prevent cross site tracking. 

Setting/Safari/clear history and website data

Log into ticketmaster. 

No more Ticketmaster hanging. 

Enjoy the games!

Really enjoying the Chicago Fire app! It’s easy to use, well designed, and keeps me updated with all the latest team news. The features are great, and everything runs smoothly. Ticketmaster can be a bit slow sometimes, but overall, it’s a solid app for Fire fans!

This app is so much better than the previous version. It has a much more intuitive interface, I appreciate the specificity of the push notifications, and the L TRAIN RACE! COOL!
