I'm now getting a message from Cbs saying I am out of the country (which I'm not) or streaming when I shouldn't be. When I selected the " flagship" station WBBM the announcement stated that either I am out of the country, or I am not authorized to listen to the station. Really? I just paid for the app! I got nothing but the contractual message or stations from both team cities that have nothing to do with the Bears. I bought it hoping that I would get to finally listen to the Bears game but couldn't. There are several stations listed but the actual game was blocked. Some of the other stations worked but all they did was play music. Why would they list a radio station that didn't even play the game? Each team had several stations listed under them but none of the ones that worked actually played the game. I want my money back. When I bought something labeled bears radio live, i did it solely to hear the bears home call on wbbm. It merely shows as "stopped." Then i go to info to be told that "sometimes" the stations cant broadcast due to 'contractual obligations.' And i should try both teams stations. If i wanted the gb home call i would have bought something called packers radio!! If 'stopped' means it cant be broadcast it should at least say that rather than have me have to struggle 15 mins to figure out how to get it started. I dont have email set up on my phone so i couldnt follow the app's direction to email for support b4 leaving negative feedback. How do I get my refund?! ### 1/5 — Horrible!!! I'll be able to listen to 780 WBBM before and after the game but during it wouldn't let me. I have emailed the address provided twice now and have not received any info on why this is happening or to say we are working on the issue. Why must I be limited to the lowlights shown on ESPN or the NFL Network? No, I want to cringe at every overthrown ball, every defense failure, and every inadequate special teams "play." This being the case, this app is shear perfection. WBBM tries to protect me by blocking mobile streaming, but there are other stations willing to be my enabler.
