And when the developers ignore your email regarding these issues one must wonder what they might be preoccupied with. ### 5/5 — Marketing in the palm of your hand *2021-02-25* This is by far the best tool for marketing using the premium section. With just the click of a few buttons and completing just a couple of fields, it is possible to post to social media something new every day for months. Check out all the camera borders (lenses), infographics, and personalized videos. ### 2/5 — Not a net sheet app *2020-05-26* Loved it when i could use it for what it’s suppose to be used for. I had the app that they provided I got tired of asking rep to renew my app for net sheets and closing costs so I purchased a year and still can not access net for buyer or seller. Rep tells me I need to bring business to them and it will be unlocked even after i purchased. How do you advertise that this is a net sheet and closing cost app but according to rep what I purchased is marketing tools. If I knew that I would go to a marketing company not a title company. ### 2/5 — Purchased 2+ Years Ago *2019-03-06* I really like the app, I used to use the free version but grew tired of having to constantly contact rep for updates, so I purchased the app thinking the updates would be an integrated feature, I was wrong. I continue to get the pop up box that tells me to contact rep or I will lose access (even though I paid for it). I’m provided with several options to contact rep such as sending an automatic email, text, or call. Each time I open the app to use it, I have to pick an option to proceed. In the last 2 weeks alone, I’ve contacted my rep at least 20+ times with the automatic email & text message option, and It still has not been updated. I have 6 days left or I lose access. ### 5/5 — I hate real estate math. *2018-08-21, version 4.1* I have been a Title Sales Rep offering this app, ChicagoAgent, for over 16years. Originally the app cost $149.00, and then you still had to buy a PalmPilot for another $100.00. Now, the app is free. In all these years, no ChicagoAgent user has ever called me saying this app cratered a deal. ChicagoAgent is the real deal for all necessary numbers needed to show a buyer his move-in costs, and a seller their net proceeds. And don’t get me started in the Premium features. I wouldn’t have the bandwidth to do so. ### 5/5 — It’s my GO TO APP *2018-07-27* Especially useful when working with sellers who want to net a certain $$ amount. It’s quick & easy to use at open houses & people are amazed at what they can see in a very short period of time. Jim Oviedo loves this app!! ### 4/5 — My Go-Too App for Quick Calculations *2018-04-26* I use this app often to provide buyer clients with quick payment estimates. It’s particularly useful when prospective buyers contact me about a property, and I can determine whether the purchase will be workable. Several times I went to use an app I’m paying for and was restricted by the title agent because I haven’t sent him closings. Not only will I not renew and be using other tool. In all I will not be sending any closing your way. ### 1/5 — Crashes Constantly on iPad Pro *2022-12-13, version 1.4.1* I use the OSX and iPhone app all the time, but the app won’t even open on my M1 iPad Pro. The app will start to open and then quit. Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Paid for 2.0 version in 2013 will not renew *2021-05-18* I paid for the upgraded premium 2.0 version in 2013. In 2016 they started making you check in with the marketing reps or they would lock your app. I have been calling since 2017 and emailing asking for the app to be activated again, as I PAID for the upgraded subscription. I called the marketing rep in Houston today named Oliver and he was more concerned with setting an appointment “sometime next week to meet in person”, DURING COVID, or he wouldn’t reactivate my app. Great customer service… ### 1/5 — Horrible App & Julie Mezher has nothing to do with it! *2020-07-09* This App is horrible! It keeps telling me to contact Julie Mezher...well I sent the email over 6xs and she finally called me & she had an Attitude stating that she has nothing to do with this app! Now I can’t use the app! I’ve paid for something that I can’t use! DO NOT BUY! App doesn’t work! SCAM! ### 1/5 — Paid for this APP and now they want me to pay again!! *2020-02-11* I purchased this app years ago when I was a new Realtor and have enjoyed the app. I like being able to customize my info and my clients info. Now all of a sudden this App wants me to pay for those things I’ve had all these years. WRONG WRONG WRONG.
