It adds the items to the bag without no problems but for some reason adding sauce, adding single use items and checking out is absolutely impossible. Every single time. This is AFTER uninstalling and reinstalling the app to ensure that I have the most updated version. It’s tiring, annoying and dissuades me from even going to Chik fil A, because now I can’t benefit from using the app to earn rewards points. ### 3/5 — Indoor counter option request *2026-08-20* Also want to see an indoor counter option for the app similar to other restaurants. I'm writing this from inside a Canada restaurant that is open but is inaccurately marked closed, so I couldn't earn points today. ### 1/5 — Terrible user experience - bring back website ordering! *2026-08-18* It is extremely anti-consumer that chik-fil-A completely removed option for place a pick up order in store, it directing to downloading app, forcing customer to download app just to place a simple food order is a terrible design choice. You want to push your APP I get it, but clearly your digital team are tards, this can only make us hate your APP. Restricting basic website functionality to force app download is greedy and inconvenient.
