You can’t even place an order..the website and app both say to enter a 5 digit postal code, but there is nowhere on the screen to even enter that information. I hit the back button a couple times and the slot popped up, but the screen wouldn’t load properly and never took the order

I can’t redeem rewards on my orders, and I always have to enter my personal information to make a purchase. This app is literally pointless in its current state.

I have eaten at Chick N Max so many times since their opening I can’t count. Usually if I like a restaurant and frequent it often there will be at least one time when the food or service is not up to standards. This has never happened to me at Chick N Max. I can’t like a place any better than this. Nice job people!
