This app is terrible!!!!!

So every time I try to select the nearest location it’s not letting me. One time I tried ordering thought prolly that way it’s gonna work but nope wasted my money. I tried every other way but doesn’t work which is disappointing it’s just show the Hicksville location and doesn’t let choose any other sow what’s the point of using the app then?

Worst user interface paired with a lack of locations that I can order from through the app. If there are multiple location options, then it is impossible to select as I only can see one available location approximately 10 miles away when I live less than 2 minutes walking distance. The rewards from this app is non existent and frankly they should simply remove the app and start from stretch.

Poorly designed website. Not able to change the location on the app. I’m not driving 30 mins away when there’s another location 20 mins away! Please fix it!!

I went in a Texas Chicken & Burgers near where I live. I wanted to order the $3 special which is advertised inside & outside the store. When I go to order it, they don’t want to give it to you! Why? What is the problem? Why advertise it? The cashier didn’t want to tell me when I asked “why” so she gets the manager. I ask him why & he straight up LIES & says they don’t have it! I’m looking at a bunch of fresh chicken they just made! So I ask “when”? He lies again & says 2 hours! I said you are lying & I am going to email corporate. This is not professional & they straight up should not have it advertised if they are not going to honor it. I feel they give it to who they want. That’s not fair!
