Worst of all though is that the loyalty scheme is a sham. I tried redeeming a reward with “redeem online” and it took me to the ordering section…but guess what? No reward. I tried adding the reward to the basket but it just charged me the usual price. But this app is the worst. NEVER USE THIS APP! Been waiting from my order if I did phone them they will not deliver my order! Unacceptable!
