Now I know why. Rather than tell the customer an item is no longer available it just comes up as an order error. Since I am not a mind reader, I didn’t know the banana pudding shake wasn’t available since it was the app menu. It wasn’t until I walked across to the store that I learned it. I will manually add with receipts thanks. The app at first look is a joke with really no upside to use it again since the rewards are minuscule at best before you could get enough points to get a free meal now its only fries at the same points as the meal prior.
