I go to request my username and instead I get sent an email to reset my password. No username in sight. Doesn’t even tell me what my account number is. But when I try to sign up for a new account, it tells me my email and phone number are in use so I can’t make a new account. Which is it? Do I exist or don’t I? They could make it easier and let you sign in with your email address instead, but nooooo. ### 1/5 — “Shareable Side” *2022-01-22, version 2.0* Ordered from the app at the Winter Park store. Order wasn’t ready, staff was rude and when I got home, the “shareable side” of loaded fries had one piece of bacon, no green onion and barely any fries. It also had some pasta in it. Out of probably 10 visits the app has been functioning maybe once. I only keep coming here as family wants the food and I’m picking up for them. Otherwise I would not come to this establishment ever again. Make them double check it. It’s very frustrating when you are missing items and only realize this once miles away and sitting in your hotel room. Avoid it at all costs!!! For what???? *2024-01-01, version 23.10.2023052901* Minus 2 stars: I’m subtracting one star for having to key in my all of my credit card info, no autofill or Apple Pay available on this app. The second star is for the tip that was automatically added to my bill at the Disney World location where there was no service rendered other than the preparation of my food WHICH I PAID FOR!!!! We seated ourselves, dispensed our own drinks and even had to wipe down our table before we sat down. If this is a trend that counter service / fast food is adopting then it’s time for me to find someplace else to eat. ### 2/5 — Malfunctioning App! *2025-08-10, version 44.6.21* Love this place but if they weren’t across the street from me, they would’ve lost my business tonight because the app wouldn’t complete my order. Now I know why. Rather than tell the customer an item is no longer available it just comes up as an order error. Since I am not a mind reader, I didn’t know the banana pudding shake wasn’t available since it was the app menu. It wasn’t until I walked across to the store that I learned it. It’s 2025 an app shouldn’t be that primitive!! ### 2/5 — App is way worse than prior app *2025-07-28, version 44.6.21* The app offers little rewards, while trying to make you put in a credit card. I will manually add with receipts thanks. The app at first look is a joke with really no upside to use it again since the rewards are minuscule at best before you could get enough points to get a free meal now its only fries at the same points as the meal prior.
