I had a very disappointing experience with this application. They advertise a 50% discount when you download the app and place your first orders, but in reality, they do not provide what they promise. For my orders, instead of giving the expected 50% discount (which should have reduced the price to around AED 60), they only applied around 20% discount. On top of that, they charged AED 119 for a single order, which is completely misleading. This feels like false advertising and cheating customers. I trusted their promotion, but the actual billing was very different. I also made an order last July 29 and debited it, the order was not delivered and there is no created order number. The apps crashed after you enter the OTP bank verification. I tried to call them that it was debited in my account and every week made a follow-up, but until today it is not returned to my bank account.
