I ordered a dress that didn't fit. I requested a refund, and the process with Chic Me began. It is very complicated to get a refund from them. They don't give you a 100% refund and don't send the return label. Chic did not wanted it to refund my money, funny thing is that they blame at the shipping company and they want it them to pay me back my refund :). I’m worth more than a company who throws clothing on the same sweaty person for hours to advertise cheaply is to sell cheap.
