Also I am perplexed by your ‘processing’ of my orders through the app. Particularly when ordering items on sale, the order status shows as ‘processing’ and gives me a ship date at least 2 weeks ahead. Then, before the ship date, the items are automatically ‘cancelled’ despite the fact that they are still on your website (at full price). I really don’t have time to chase down orders, your customer service people are largely untrained and very frustrating to deal with. Do better, Chicos.
