Take your banking else where ### 5/5 — Great app & customer service — but please add modern 2FA *2022-08-02* Good app, looks and feels modern. Offers modern features like mobile check deposit and Touch ID to sign in. Keep in mind that some of the other reviews might have been written when an older version of the app existed, but as of 2022 the app is really good. Chief Financial’s customer service is also top-notch. The only thing I’d recommend for the app is modern two-factor authentication (like with OTPs) instead of security questions. Or at least provide it as an option.
