I unfortunately will be deleting the app and using the website which is clearly not convenient. Please fix the functionality issues! ### 1/5 — I can’t get past the pop-up meeting survey *2023-11-30, version 2.3.0* Anytime, I launch the app, access to the app is blocked by a meeting survey. It doesn’t matter how many times I try to dismiss the survey or how many times I try to answer the survey, it never goes away. So, I am completely unable to do anything with the app. ### 1/5 — Nonfunctional app *2023-04-07, version 1.9.3* I recently downloaded app and it doesn’t work every time I try to use it just freezes upon opening. ### 1/5 — Freezes *2023-03-13, version 1.9.3* Only just downloaded it but it keeps freezing and isn’t functional. Unable to use *2021-04-29, version 1.4.7* After logging in, I walk through the welcome cues but when I get to the last one, the app freezes and I can’t use it all. This one crashes every time I look at events. ### 2/5 — App needs improvement *2023-01-30, version 1.9.1* App needs better functionality with searching for members. Search, click on a result, and arrow back to you should still be in list of results. Instead, it kicks you out and you have to redo the search. Member profiles should be able to have more info to create better search parameters like company, location, etc. App crashes constantly or freezes up. ### 2/5 — Buggy *2022-12-11, version 1.9.1* Well intended but consistently buggy. Messaging piece of the app won’t load and hasn’t for months. I have to check messages on desktop. ### 3/5 — A step backward *2023-10-19* Version 2.2.1 seems like a step backward. The chat feature in the mobile app no longer allows paragraphs. All chats messages are just one giant run-on paragraph. For example I can’t share a list where each item appears on its own line: • Item 1 • Item 2 • Item 3 It just runs together as a single paragraph (as it does in this review). It used to allow separate paragraphs. Also, now the app freezes. Thank you. ### 3/5 — Limited functionality affects use *2023-05-18* The app looks good and, to a point, works well. You can tell it’s not been designed or ux tested by actual Chief members though. For example all the events are totally jumbled and there is no filter button. Ie as a Chief UK member I’d like to be able to filter actual London events and virtual events to see what I might be interested in. Instead I have to trawl through loads of cocktail nights in SanFran which are of no use to me at all. The feed is the same - just random questions and comments with no ability to filter or search. As someone who hates seeing unread notifications on my phone I end up wasting a ton of time on the app! ### 3/5 — Comments not visible on the app *2021-08-03, version 1.5.5* When a member posts a topic in a group and others respond, it is not possible to see the comments that others have already made.
