It fails to connect 99% of the time no matter how many times you delete the app, remove the device, reinstall everything, or update the firmware. On the rare occasion it finally connects, you think the nightmare is over, until the next time you try to use it and it refuses to connect again for days. Completely unreliable, unbelievably frustrating, and honestly one of the worst apps I’ve ever used.
