L'application «Chikaya » est un service du portail national des réclamations " Chikaya.ma ", qui est un composant du dispositif « Idarati ». Elle permet de promouvoir les canaux d'interaction entre l'administration et le citoyen et d'évaluer la performance de l’administration au Maroc et d'améliorer la qualité des services publics. Elle propose plusieurs services: • Soumettre une demande: Vous pouvez identifier l’organisme concerné et introduire les renseignements personnels et les données nécessaires relatives à la nature de votre demande. • Suivre une réclamation et communiquer avec l’administration: Vous pouvez consulter la liste de vos réclamations envoyées via votre appareil mobile, comme vous pouvez suivre l’état d’avancement du traitement de vos autres réclamations en utilisant le numéro de la réclamation et votre adresse électronique ou votre numéro du téléphone.
