Unable to add anything to the card.  And when I try to reorder a previous order, it says there are zero items in the order and it will cost $0.

This app instantly closes every time I try to open it, even after restarting my phone. Brand new install, first time trying to use this app. Online ordering through their website is more reliable at this point.

After selecting and item. You should be able yo go to cart to finalize your order. Cannot find a cart for the life of me. Looked everywhere.

Finally had to use the Ubereats app to put our order in. Sad

App is fine for ordering for pickup. However, when you have rewards or offers in your account, I have had multiple experiences with the rewards showing up in my profile but was unable to apply them in checkout.

Installed. Asks me to sign up. Home address is required field. Nope. Why would you need that in this day and age of privacy? Uninstalled.

Redeeming a reward is useless since it does not appear on the checkout page where you can actually apply the reward. I have a reward but my checkout page says “no rewards found” despite it being present in the rewards page. Because of this, this app feels meaningless.

The app works fine, but after an update I lost all my reward points and didn't earn any more after placing an order. It says "earning points just got easier," but I don't think it's easier if it isn't a functional system.

Overall the app works very well and is convenient for ordering food ahead of time. As a regular customer, I love getting the rewards for a highly discounted meal every now and then.

There is a bug where if you save your credit card information and buy food from location A, the credit card info will only stay saved as long as you continue to purchase from location A. If you switch to location B or any other location, the transaction will fail and you have to go in and put your credit card information again. This doesn’t make the app unusable, but it’s really inconvenient having to enter my credit card information over and over again each time I pick up from a different location. If it wasn’t for this one issue I would give the app 5 stars!

The fact they have a rewards app that is easy to use makes them above competition and one of the best food chains in ATX!

This app makes it easier to save favorites meals and such, earning point is easy if you’re a frequent eater here lol. The establishment never gave me problems with missing ingredients, or lack or portions.
