Good luck getting anything accomplished while using it. You’re better off just calling the doctor yourself. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your honesty and hope you’ll give us another try as we roll out updates focused on better design and smoother navigation. ### 1/5 — How to Mess up a Good App *2024-06-12* The latest version of the app has rolled back one of the important aspects of the app. Now one has to manually log in every single time; facial recognition no longer works. This is VERY annoying. I use this app frequently because of my daughter. I am actively looking for an alternative. 6/12/2024 The developer has done it again! This time the app allows only Apple Pay and Bank EFT for payment. Payment by a credit card - in my case a HSA card - no longer works. Children’s must stop hiring these incompetent developers once and for all. **Developer response:** I'm sorry about the issues you've been having. Facial recognition is working correctly, so please update the app if you're still unable to log in that way. For bill payment, we accept credit and debit cards, bank EFT, and Apple Pay. There may have been an issue with your card or a hiccup with our payment processing software when you tried to pay. It took longer than we would like but we fixed the bug that kept the app from saving your username and biometric preferences. We’ve also made some enhancements that should make the app easier to use. In actuality, it keeps freezing, crashing and is not responsive to touch. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2026-03-07* This app was very helpful when our child had to go to the Emergency Room. Someone came to our room and showed us how to use the app. My child also downloaded the app to their phone so they could watch movies. Pleasantly surprised *2024-07-15* I tried using this app a few years ago but uninstalled it because it was buggy and I didn’t find it useful. When I took my youngest to the ER recently (she’s fine) I heard that they overhauled the app so I decided to give it another try. I’m glad I did! I used the app to find the cafeteria and then found charging lockers so I could recharge my dead phone! That alone makes it worth the download but I also have 3 kids and this app is soooooo much easier to use than MyChart. **Developer response:** Thank you for the review! ### 5/5 — Love the app *2018-12-11* Thank you Children’s Health for helping me navigate and find where I need to be.
