She spent 10 months in Scottish Rite. Her progress has been so amazing. Now that she is aging out I’m so sad. I just want to thank the entire team. You all have done so great and proud to move on to her next level of progress. This is all because of the CHOA team… Love Love Love you❤️❤️❤️ ### 5/5 — Best Children’s Hospital system *2025-01-14* I can’t thank CHOA enough for the superior care they give our children year after year. We were just discharged from CHOA Scottish Rite for our youngest daughter’s tonsillectomy/ adenoidectomy. 10/10 service from the security staff to the doctors/ advanced practice practitioners and the tech and nurses that took care of us whole time we were there. Very attentive and caring/compassionate. The whole process was tracked on the children’s app from the time our daughter’s surgery started till discharge. Everything was documented and informative so we knew what was happening every step of the way. Very detailed. We love this hospital system and the services it offers for the children and the patients/ caregivers. The best of the best. ### 5/5 — Best app *2024-11-26* This app is extremely helpful as it consolidates everything into one location, including checkup schedules, visit summaries, and an informational library. I highly recommend it for anyone with a child who frequently visits the hospital, or for the child themselves once they reach an appropriate age. However, I must mention that I miss the indoor maps, which were a significant help to me and my mom. ### 5/5 — Outdoor nav indoors! I can’t save my parking spot anymore ### 1/5 — Couldn’t Install Properly *2018-01-18* Started app for the first time and it asked if I wanted notifications. Don’t know what notifications or why, so I said “no.” It then asked if it could sense my location. I selected the “while using the app” option, but instead of proceeding, it kept giving me a “Location services required” message. I confirmed that this was already enabled - while using the app - but it never allowed me to continue. ### 2/5 — Visibility. *2026-03-30* All information should be visible to all parties that are privy to the information. You know that. Do BETTER ### 2/5 — Why did you change app? *2024-04-10* The new app is horrible. Why did you remove the maps inside the hospital? Nephew had a procedure last year, it is was great to use to go visit. Was really disappointed to not be able to use again to visit after another procedure. Please change it back. ### 3/5 — Helpful, but buggy *2025-04-03* It’s nice to have an app for our child’s healthcare, and ApplePay is available for bill payments. However, the app has issues: The app will frequently close out while I am trying to complete an e-check in or when I am trying to update information. Sometimes the billing information is difficult to find. Sometimes a doctor’s notes are inconveniently posted in various locations. ### 3/5 — Great Help but Needs Improvement *2017-09-20* 1) This app is very helpful to parents of patients. What a great way to show off a hospitals amenities for patients to have a better stay. 2) This app should not have to require location services at all times. You can change it to allow it just while using the app. 3) The app crashes every time you select the Scottish Rite cafe to get the cafe information and map. Truly amazing ! I am in tears thinking about how much this place was accommodating and positive throughout. Amazing. The Case manager went above and beyond to make sure my son got what he needed during his visit and after his visit. The world needs more people like Amy. I called last week because I needed paperwork reviewed she called me back within an hour, got me connected to the right department and followed up. The next week we were released and she made sure my little one had everything he needed!
