تطبيقي المفضل من سنين .. استغربت من احد التعليقات خصوص دفع تكاليف الشحن عند الاسترجاع والاستبدال فأنا جربتهم وجاني مندوب ارامكس للباب واخذ الطلبيه وكانت عبارة عن قطعه للإستبدال وقطعه للإسترجاع تم الاستبدال والإسترجاع بدون دفع اي تكاليف والقطعه التي تم استبدالها كانت عبارة عن تيشريت جاتني بصندوقهم الخاص للهدايا ..كانت تجربه رائعه لي ..

It took the shipment over a month to be in Saudi, then it required customs clearance from me ! The customer!!

Then it took the shipping agency another 3 weeks to contact me about the shipment! 

It’s faster and easier to go to the mall and get your things done instead of contacting 6 different people to follow up your shipment!
