### 4/5 — Irritating error

*2026-08-23, version 8.4.2*

I’ve used the app multiple times, but sometimes when I try to use my rewards it doesn’t end up being used. For example, I pressed the free chips and salsa right before the checkout, and it didn’t apply for some reason. I would’ve never gotten those chips if the reward wasn’t going to work.

### 2/5 — Mobile ordering

*2026-08-20, version 8.4.2*

Mobile ordering does not work like it should bugs in and out

### 2/5 — Barely works and scams for tips

*2026-08-19, version 8.4.2*

App says that I have free chips and salsa but as soon as I check out, the order updates and the reward “somehow” goes away. When placing an online order, if no tip is selected but any other adjustment is made afterwards, the tip automatically jumps back to 20%…for an online order.

### 2/5 — Chilis for chicken products ?

*2026-08-15, version 8.4.2*

Just go to Wingstop. 4 yrs ago every item was $5 less. Want a chicken sandwich and fries, give them a 20 dollar bill. Or just go to wingstop, order a chicken sandwich which comes with the same amount of fries for $10 then add some extras to your order with the other 10

Also app is terrible and logs you out and takes 5-10 mind to log back in and forgets passwords. So I went elsewhere

### 1/5 — Still won’t create a profile

*2026-08-06, version 8.4.2*

Even after update same error message. App support takes you to restaurant complaints/complements. Nothing my issue. Fit this!

### 2/5 — Order Customization

*2026-08-02, version 8.4.1*

It’s 2026, everyone has an app. The location doesn’t always work and it’s missing basic functions like special request or no ice in drinks.

### 1/5 — Love Chilis, hate the app

*2026-08-01, version 8.4.1*

Could be my lack of tech savvy , but this app has yet to get me to check out, other than one time. Have to reorder more than one time so usually get frustrated and call the restaurant. Thank goodness they are very helpful. Love Chili’s.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-08-01, version 8.4.1*

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. I tried creating an account and I kept getting an error message that would not let me save or create it. I tried to log in or attempt to use an active account and I kept getting an error message ”unable to search for account”, this app is straight trash. The cheese sticks ain’t worth the headache. Don’t download

### 1/5 — Broken

*2026-07-29, version 8.4.1*

Slow app that loves to tell me features are unavailable. The main one being online ordering. Deleting and getting carryout from a different spot from now on…

### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-07-27, version 8.4.1*

I signed up, but when I try to log in, my number and email are not recognized. Then when I try to register, the app says I have already registered. What is going on?

### 1/5 — Used to be able to add notes to customize

*2026-07-26, version 8.4.1*

Last few updates could not do that.
Now if i could only get them to actually prepare the irder properly.
Apparently you cannot order 2 meals with different options. You get 2 meals with no options. Very bad programming

### 1/5 — This app is terrible

*2026-07-24, version 8.4.1*

This app keeps logging me out and doesn’t recognize my password. Every time I tried to order which is once or twice weekly it freezes or logs me out.

### 1/5 — UI is horrible

*2026-07-20, version 8.4.0*

This user interface is the worst app I’ve ever seen. You can’t set up an account because it pops up a keyboard over the field so you can’t see what you are typing. Can’t even send a comment in about it because it pops up a keyboard over the comment/store fields. Deleting, worthless.

### 1/5 — What did you do!!!

*2026-07-19, version 8.4.0*

Can’t find a location after I put in the zip code.

### 3/5 — Broken for months

*2026-07-19, version 8.4.0*

I have been unable to order, or log in for months. It does not work with the updates on iPhone

### 1/5 — Buggy app

*2026-07-19, version 8.4.0*

The app is too glitchy. It won’t send a link to reset your password. And when the link finally gets sent, it doesn’t work. So there’s no way to reset your password to log in for rewards.

### 1/5 — Pickup order not working

*2026-07-19, version 8.4.0*

Not able to enter the restaurant location for a pickup order. Had to order from the website instead.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work

*2026-07-17, version 8.4.0*

Trying to log on. Can’t get it to load. Heading to Texas Roadhouse.

### 3/5 — App sucks it’s ALWAYS crashing

*2026-07-16, version 8.4.0*

App literally has an error message everyyyyy time I go to use it. Takes over 30 mins of trying to process an order it’s SOOOO ANNOYING

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Using gift cards? Good luck!

*2026-08-22, version 8.4.2*

The app is fine, unless you’re using gift cards. Each card must be manually entered, and if you make the slightest change, even to pickup time, you must enter ALL the cards again. But it gets better - if you have to re-enter more than twice, the cards won’t work. They give an error. I get that it’s not going to be everyone’s experience, but it’s 2026. Make your app work.

### 1/5 — Love Chilis…. hate the app

*2026-08-19, version 8.4.2*

I love chilis, I go once a week but the app absolutely kills me. I can’t even put in my order the way I want to I have to place it over the phone to get it right. I’ve had issues where I can’t pay for the order before. I just wish the app could get some updates

### 1/5 — Fails capcha and will not complete.

*2026-08-18, version 8.4.2*

Can't order if the app won't stop having an error.

No way to check ingredients without starting an order, which means I can't do a bedtime check of whether I should be getting a nice takeout dinner for my anniversary the next day. Do y'all still have veggie-patty burgers for a vegetarian who doesn't like the taste of meat? Can't tell! Dunno! Do y'all have options to adjust the salads to not have meat in them? Who can say! It's a mystery!

Let me check stuff without starting an order, dang it!

### 1/5 — FIX YOUR APP

*2026-08-15, version 8.4.2*

How tf is the app still this broken. 75% of the time it just doesn’t work or glitches out on the restaurant selection screen. For the love of God do your jobs.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-08-15, version 8.4.2*

I decided to eat somewhere else because of the app would not let me log in kept saying check back later error

### 1/5 — NEED GLUTEN FREE OPTION

*2026-08-14, version 8.4.2*

I’ve eaten at Chili’s for years but recently the option to remove a bun from a burger for those of us with food allergies was removed entirely and it is so frustrating that I can no longer place an online order for my family, there is no way to type in anything. I just don’t understand why the option was REMOVED.

### 1/5 — i hate this app

*2026-08-12, version 8.4.2*

couldn’t even make an account nor order from any location. the app sucks it’s not even usable

### 1/5 — stole my order.

*2026-08-11, version 8.4.2*

put at wrong door and it didnt even look like they put it at the door they just stole it

### 1/5 — Good food terrible app

*2026-08-09, version 8.4.2*

Low rating due to app being hot garbage. App not compatible with some of their locations, although it doesn’t tell you anything until you’re about to finalize the order and then it fails.

### 1/5 — Terrible app.

*2026-08-07, version 8.4.2*

Chili’s is really good BUT the app is very difficult to use for absolutely no reason also I ordered from Chili’s for delivery multiple times and now their saying they can’t deliver to my address

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Amazing.

*2026-08-25, version 8.4.2*

Let me just say this with the seriousness and passion it deserves: the Chili’s app is genuinely one of the greatest creations in modern restaurant technology, and my appreciation for it reaches an almost unreasonable level because it has brought me closer to the single masterpiece that is the Chili’s Triple Dipper. The app itself is already fantastic because it makes the entire Chili’s experience feel so convenient, organized, and ridiculously easy, but then you open it, start browsing the menu, and suddenly you are face-to-face with the Triple Dipper, and at that moment you realize that Chili’s is operating on an entirely different level from everyone else. I am not even exaggerating when I say I am in love with the concept of the Triple Dipper, because the sheer brilliance of being able to choose multiple appetizers and create one glorious combination is something other franchises should be studying like it is required coursework. Why should anyone have to commit to just one appetizer when Chili’s has already figured out that variety is the key to happiness? The Triple Dipper understands the assignment. It looks at the traditional restaurant model and says, “What if we simply made the experience better?” and honestly, that kind of innovation deserves recognition. Other franchises need to look up to Chili’s, take notes, study the app, study the menu, study the Triple Dipper, and ask themselves why they are not giving people this level of choice and excitement. The Chili’s app makes everything feel so straightforward, and the fact that I can use it to explore the menu and inevitably end up thinking about the Triple Dipper is a beautiful example of technology serving humanity. There is something deeply satisfying about knowing that an entire world of Chili’s possibilities is right there on my screen, waiting for me, and among all those possibilities stands the Triple Dipper like a champion. It is not merely an appetizer selection; it is a philosophy. It represents freedom, variety, commitment to flavor, and the belief that nobody should have to settle for just one thing when they could have several delicious things together. I genuinely believe other restaurant chains could learn so much from Chili’s because Chili’s understands that people want food to be fun, customizable, convenient, and memorable. The app takes that philosophy and puts it directly into your hands, which is why I cannot stop praising it. Meanwhile, the Triple Dipper continues to occupy an enormous portion of my thoughts because there is simply something so satisfying about having a meal experience built around variety rather than limitation. If restaurant franchises were schools, Chili’s would be the student who somehow finished the assignment early, added extra credit, and then helped everyone else understand what they were supposed to be doing. If restaurant apps were a competition, Chili’s would walk in with confidence, open the menu, present the Triple Dipper, and leave everyone else wondering why they had not thought of it first. I have nothing but respect for the vision behind it all. The Chili’s app is convenient, the Chili’s menu is exciting, and the Triple Dipper is the shining symbol of why Chili’s deserves to be taken seriously as a leader in the restaurant industry. Other franchises should absolutely look toward Chili’s for inspiration, because when a restaurant can create an app that is easy to use while simultaneously making me think about the Triple Dipper with the intensity of someone defending a beloved cultural institution, clearly something is going right. Long live Chili’s, long live the app, and most importantly, long live the Triple Dipper.

### 5/5 — Like new layout, miss no bun customization

*2026-06-24, version 8.4.0*

Like the new app layout, well done. Disappointed the ability to request no bun on a burger was removed. It was the primary reason I would order delivery from Chili’s. Please return this customization. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Correcting my review

*2026-06-12, version 8.3.8*

Just coming back to correct my review to five stars again. I lowered it down to one because there were months the app was not working but it is now fixed and I can go back to ordering my lunch from the app. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Fun and good

*2026-05-24, version 8.3.8*

I loved watching football with my dad and the fries are aaaaamazing! Also good DP

### 5/5 — Can’t make account

*2026-05-21, version 8.3.8*

I am unable to make an account because the app requires me to select a favorite location for some reason and the app says there aren’t any restaurants in the area when they are there. I don’t even know why selecting a favorite location is a requirement in the first place…

### 5/5 — my true love

*2026-04-12, version 8.3.7*

### 5/5 — Bulverde Chilis

*2026-02-19, version 8.3.6*

What a wonderful staff. Our wings we ordered to go had way too much sauce and they did not hesitate to have us come back and replace them the next day with a different sauce. Best service ever.

### 5/5 — Works well

*2025-12-18, version 8.3.3*

Great app, always nice to have an easy way to order for pickup.

My only suggestion is the drop-down arrows (green circle with an arrow) look a lot like checkmarks, and I didn’t notice you had the option to modify the order before placing it. Super minor issue but would be nice to redesign that icon to look more like a menu arrow and not a checkmark.

That is all. 5/5 stars.

### 5/5 — Chilis is the best
