I really like Chill pills cabinet as it keeps my phone clutter free. I listen to the chill pills to relax and sometimes I actually fall asleep, as it so calming. After a stressful day, listen to James to help relax.

As I’m listening the best way to describe a session is a guided tour to relax. Beautiful music and scenery is painted for your imagination to experience. I really think this may help. You have to purchase each topic you want help with but a relaxing session is free. I plan to take time out every day to use this. Highly recommend.

I've used the Self Sabotage and I find it to be the best of what I've found on the Internet! I've also listened to the Sugar addiction which helps me control my sugar intake. I plan on listening to the Golf app next, I certainly want to improve my game! Thank you! 

BTW, I love the cabinet idea, all neetly stored where I can find them. I must do the same with my bedroom closet and kitchen cabinets, the visual of organization helps me be more relaxed.
