I canceled the app subscription within the first 24 hours and it still charged my card. This is wildly predatory and they won’t issue a refund through the application and say to contact apple and apple tells me to contact the application. And for a year subscription they’re charging £349.99!! Whaaaat?? And not even a free trial, as far as I can see anyway. Your app does seem to be helping… helping yourselves to people’s money!! The other night I was having a terrible time getting to sleep so I thought l could do the sleep meditation that has worked for me before… it’s no longer free. And there isn’t one free meditation anywhere. $22 a month is expensive for a meditation app, and the annual price is definitely out of my price range. These super short meditations serve the beginner and only are useful for a while. Whenever you open the apple app, it’s a bright white light which is not the best when it comes to trying to fall asleep. A lot of people require a lot of time to switch their brains off especially if they have neuro divergence so 20 minute sleeps may not be enough – there are a lot of people that may require overnight or atleast an hour of actual talking. I find Brian‘s voice very soothing and I can fall asleep to him but I need more time! I’ve got a lot of friends that are exactly the same. Basically, this is feedback to the creators and Bryan himself.
