Had the older version of chill pill and now using the new version.   So happy with this.  Iv tried other companies hypnosis and this is by far the best and most effective for me.  Also the help from the team is very quick and efficient.  Thank you James Holmes

I bought the lifetime version of this app and did not regret it one bit. I love just doing the 5 minute relaxation session before I set off on my day and sometimes the Positive mindset too which is a great way to form a barrier to the negativity I have to face when commuting in London. It has helped me overcome anxiety and stress in this past year. I highly recommend this app, Sue’s voice is so soothing!
