I go to Chiloso just about every week. I've scanned the app every time and the offers I've received are useless to me. I understand why they switched from the punch card system, but we need to be more in control of our rewards. Similar to other food places. I have to restart my order at least once every time. It’s also a bit misleading (and I think that’s intended) because if you press the ‘+’ key next to the menu item you want, it adds it to cart without asking for for the additional salsas and chips, or other modifications.
