Don’t work at all. I question the AI qualities of it because they make you wait in line. Also ever since I’ve signed up it looks like they’ve tried to hack my Google account. DON’T DO IT! ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2025-05-01* I really liked this for the first few, then after updates to the app, it gets stuck in uploading 0% or stuck transcribing. I had 2 stuck in upload for over a month. I had to delete the app and start over (thank goodness was the recording was still on the device). I am already stuck in upload inc and transcribing. Wish there was another app that worked with this device. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2025-04-25* Drops part of conversations and then combines with following conversations that are separate - very hard to use since the updates. I am recording meetings and when I try to transcribe it stays on transcribing for a long time and nothing happened. It stays at 0%. The device is attached to the back it’s connected. It also states that I’m able to do other things on my phone. I tried that and came back to The same state. Yesterday it failed to prescribe a recording I left the app open. When I returned to it, it was stuck in a transcribing state, and I couldn’t get it to finish transcribing. I could not transcribe any other recording. Eventually, I had to uninstall the application and reinstall it, but I lost all of the titles I had given these recordings which was about 15 or so. If I could rate lower than a one, I would. I think this is a fail for me. I plan on returning my note. I really wanted to have this work, and the disappointment is real and huge. I actually thought this was going to help. Until now I was using JUST PRESS RECORD and I think I’m gonna go back to that. UPDATE: THE APP RECORDED ME WHILE I WAS SLEEPING!!! App says another file is being transcribed when I had to delete every freaking file!! Lost gone! Why and what is the fix!! ### 3/5 — So Much Potential *2025-02-05* Started using this for meetings at work and I will say it does what it says it will do. However, I do laugh at some of the transcribing and how it clearly doesn’t get the conversation totally correct. I enjoy the transcribe and the summary options. Couple of complaints / improvements they really need to make. 1st make the app landscape as well as vertical, just common sense on that one. 2nd upload to web needs to be much easier and be able to batch upload. It gets frustrating when it says it uploaded and it isn’t there. Would be great if you just did an automatic sync between all devices on the account.
