The chimes sometimes work appropriately and sometimes they don’t. Most of the time it will chime the first two times so I could hear it the third time it’s the fourth time is on audible. That’s assuming it’s 4 o’clock with four chimes. If it’s 5 o’clock or 6 o’clock or 7 o’clock, it’s the same for chimeswith two audible audible and the next times in audible. I reached out to the developer with a question and they did not have the common courtesy to get back to me. Waste of money.

Every time I select something in the settings in the app it always stops working.my advice fore anyone don’t get this app at all since this app is really just a f$$king scam.

I tried to figure out from the app description whether this was what I was looking for and I ended up spending the $2.99 to figure out this wasn’t! 

I am looking for an app that sings a chime on the hour then follows with striking sounds the number of times of the hour, like clock towers do. This app appeared to do this but it only does one or the other, not both. 

Also, the notification doesn’t always work smoothly. Sometimes I get the chime and sometimes I don’t, with the sound on. And for awhile I thought I needed to have the app open the entire time but then it chimes without the app open. So who knows?! It was a waste of money for me.

I’ve had this for 3 years and LOVE it. Latest update needs fixed. 
No longer gives the option for chime the same number as the hour 3times at 3 o’clock 12 times at 12.
 No longer allows me to customize the days of the week or the hours. I want to hear the chimes.
 
I set chimes from 7am-7pm. On weekdays. It keeps me on task and I know what time it is without having to pick up my phone…
Updates usually make it buggy for a couple days but this has been drastic. Please fix asap.

**Developer response:** Hi Ennairdah,

Please try reinstalling the app if the issue persists. FYI: Notifications must be enabled for the chimes to work properly. Notification sounds will be disabled if the phone is in Low Power Mode, Do Not Disturb mode, or Sleep mode.
