However, this one is a bit tricky to set up; and, because of language issues between most users and the developer, what explanations there are in the configuration are very confusing. I was finally able to set it up for most of the chime sounds, which I alternate from time to time. However, I have been unable to get the cuckoo clock to work. This option is under the tab called “Sounds”, and I was able to save the times at which I wish it to sound. But, this option is neither found under “Config” nor under “Edit Groups”. I have sent a query to the developer, as I have done a few other times when initially configuring the app; but, we have difficulty understanding each other. I felt pressured to pay $3.99 for what I thought was a feature that should otherwise already be included on the free version, but I went ahead and paid for the pro version. Literally still doesn’t chime the hour. I’d honestly like a refund, as I’m not even going to use this app. I already deleted it. Edit: The developer responded to this stating that I need to have the “time sensitive notifications” turned on or else it won’t work, which is great and all, but that has literally nothing to do with my problem with this app. I had that setting turned on... There appears to be a language barrier with this developer/app, as the whole thing is way over complicated and literally still has no feature where the sound chimes mark the *hour* of the day after the main Westminster theme. It appears they refuse to refund me. What I also appreciate, is that it’s still what it’s supposed to be: it hasn’t been gamified; there are no challenges, no feelings or journaling requests and no AI. It’s just a fun, user-programmable chime clock, which is what I wanted. People can even submit their own alarms for others to try. I hope this app never changes. It might occasionally look a little different after an ios update, but, for me, it’s never stopped working the way it’s supposed to.
