Airline service and its employees is great. Only complaint I had with China Airlines was with this app. It’s easier to use the browser than the app, with an airline of this size that shouldn’t be the case.
I had to sign out in order to check in on the app, and when trying to change seats it did not let me unless I accessed from my browser. At this point there is no need for the app

Doesn’t work on iOS fully updated as of 5/18/2026 on modern device.  Simple things like scrolling the months of your DOB don’t work, can’t select a month below what is shown.  And other things are glitchy.   I’m gonna paper my way through

I have never seen any application worse than this. Not just the mobile app, same with the website app. I am trying to book the flight ticket but I am not able to pass the name validation no matter what I have tried. It’s turning the customer away. Feel so sorry for China Airlines.
