The app can do nothing apart from collecting mileage. Went to their counter at Narita airport, check in won’t open until 3 hours before departure. So turn up 3 hours before departure, there is a very long queue already, and there was no self check in terminal. talked to the staff as I have no check in luggage, I only needed to print my boarding pass, she said she can’t help, have to queue. Spent over 2 hours just to get my boarding pass printed. Nearly missed my flight. Fortunately my flight was delayed.
