It's like the buttons are just there for show. Nothing works and as far as I can tell none of the apps features work. The only thing this app can do is open. Then I tried the website for China eastern and the same thing, not found. Really freaking out now... Good thing I printed the email confirmation. I called the global support line at 0086-21-95530. Operator confirmed my ticket is good. Apparently there is a difference in the US app and then when you access the app from within China, the booking is not accessible if made in the US. Isn’t that the purpose of an airline app? To access your bookings and check in to your flights from different locations?? Why am I not able to access my booking from the departure city?? Now I can’t find my flight. It does find my flight if I want to change my seat, but not for anything else. Very strange.
