This app has a lot of basic bugs. The sms to reset the password does not work! So would not let you sign up and would not let you use any function. Waste of time. Из плюшек можно только купить место . Спец питание и тд можно оформить только через китайское приложение . ### 3/5 — A promising start but … *2026-04-29* The app has some promising features and functionally works. Some attention is needed to its user experience. For example, the app does not accept Australian mobile phone number and rejects to continue despite correct entry. The tick box to agree to T&C is not easily visible, the font size is too small. Additional required data should be parsed from the account profile, meaning that no need to enter details that are already in your account profile. Once booked the flight should appear in your account without the need to enter details already entered previously. The app is slow in loading data. The interface and prompts don’t use a consistent language if English, when you use paste, the app pops up a prompt in Mandarin to confirm. Please fix the language settings to be consistent across all data and interface functions. Seat selection is not easy to navigate, legend is not easy to read. There are a few more aspects, however, these are more critical for a start. Thank you. ### 2/5 — Очень тяжелое приложение *2026-06-30* Разлогинивает. Работает через одно место.
