## What is China Happens?

China travel gets hard at the exact moment generic advice stops helping: the hotel address is in Chinese, the next stop is across town, tickets may need advance booking, weather changes by city, and the AI tools you use at home may not work reliably after you land.

ChinaHappens is a China trip planner built for real multi-city travel.

Start with the cities you plan to visit, then turn them into a route you can follow:

• Build a multi-city plan around dates, pace and must-hit places
• Add real places and hotels with searchable addresses
• Get grounded transport suggestions between stops, with local map handoff
• Check target-date weather for each city
• Keep hotels, tickets, Chinese cards and on-the-ground actions inside the day plan
• Share a readable web itinerary or long image with companions, forums or social groups
• Use the pre-trip AI assistant for planning questions in mainland China
• Review China basics: payments, internet, trains, ticketing, entry and travel rules

City pages help you decide where your time and money should go:

• Highlights and first-visit sights
• Local food notes
• Recommended hotels with reasons, address, phone and booking link where available
• Weather for your travel dates
• Practical warnings before you commit

The goal is simple: less copy-pasting, less guessing, fewer dead-end plans.

ChinaHappens does not replace official ticketing, hotel confirmation or navigation apps. Always confirm live opening hours, ticket rules, hotel details and transport conditions before departure.
