For both Beginner and Intermediate versions, as soon as I begin to open the app it automatically turns black and closes. I’m not sure why. Please fix!

I had this app for awhile and enjoyed using it. Now it crashes?  If these apps crash why didn’t no one bother fixing it.  Why does App Store still have it? Just remove it. No answers from emails either.  Greatly disappointed it now

I love that the app provides simplified and traditional manderin, as well as pinyin and English translations for the stories, such as the feature that allows you to click on a highlighted word to find the translation, as well its audio feature. I really want to use this app, but it does not let me download any books other thank he first two freebies. I waited 10 minutes for it to load and it still wouldn't. Please fix this.
