## What is Chinese Touch?

Chinese for Kids is designed especially for auditory, kinesthetic, and visual learners:

• Hear each word
• Match it to its picture
• Drag and drop!

Learners of all ages can build a basic set of Chinese vocabulary while enjoying beautiful hand-drawn scenes of everyday life.

Each level begins with a Learning mode, showing you the picture and the word, then kicks it up a notch to a Practice mode in which you must match the Chinese word to its place in the scene. Challenge yourself to complete every scene and earn Game Center achievements!

Two scenes are included in this free version: House & Family and Kitchen. A single in-app purchase unlocks the remaining nine scenes so you can follow the rest of the story, returning to each scene at any time.

Associating the target language word to an image rather than simply to its English translation makes for deeper learning. Chinese for Kids is a perfect companion to any foreign language learning in your life!

It’s a simple, but nice app. Helpful. The words are a bit challenging, but that’s nice in some ways. You can pinch the scene to basically zoom in.

Nette Art, Vokabeln zu lernen und sich einzuprägen. Auch für Erwachsene geeignet. Es fehlt allerdings eine Zoomfunktion für die Schriftzeichen. Ich bereue den Kauf nicht.

We’re excited to bring you this significant update to Chinese for Kids! Learners now begin by selecting a character and then joining them on their journey to a new country. Follow along through this new story mode, or master each scene in the order you wish via Choose Scene from the Home menu. Two new scenes are included in this version's optional in-app purchase:

• Conversations: all the pleasantries and the basic questions and answers you need to know when making friends in a new land.

• Numbers: counting from 1-10 plus an introduction to number patterns through 100,000.

We’ve also made it easier to place small objects within each scene, especially handy for learners on iPhones. Also, a long press on the left arrow below each scene now takes you all the way back to the start, just like a long press on the right arrow takes you to the end. A number of other small bugfixes and improvements are included here too.

Finally, all apps in this series now include a free preview of our best selling Geo Touch app. Choose US from the Choose Scenes view and learn the states for free!

(Note that a single in-app purchase is now offered. If you have previously purchased any scene, you will receive access to all available scenes, including the two new ones, once you restore purchases in this new version.)
