Glitches at every point of the experience. Made me question if it’s even worth the “savings” offered on the app. These guys need to up their product game ASAP. Ok as a startup but it’s been way too long.

First thank you for providing a platform that caters to individuals who find it challenging to visit physical marketplaces at our convenience. However, I must address a crucial issue I encountered during the sign-up process. After inputting my phone number, name, password, and referral code, I received a verification code for my Chipchip. However, upon entering the code, the app repeatedly displayed an error message, preventing me from proceeding any further. Disappointingly, this issue was not unique to me, as three other friends of mine encountered the same problem. Overall, this technical glitch in the sign-up process severely hindered my initial experience with the app.

This is the most frustrating app I’ve come across. I paid for a product through Telebirr, but the app shows that I selected cash on delivery. How long do I have to wait for a simple product to be delivered? When I try to call the contact number provided on the app, it’s switched off. The stupidest app ever. If there was half a star I would definitely gave that unfortunately Google won’t allow that.

Poorly made app that doesn’t work. A 3rd grader Chinese student can design a better app. Waste of space on my phone so i deleted it. You can’t go from being a dish washer in a restaurant to a tech entrepreneur. Don’t give up your day job.
