This is ridiculous. I can’t even hardly use your app to unlock my card and then I run out of gas because of your dumb app. FIX YOUR APP ALREADY!!!! Do what you’re paid for… ### 1/5 — Faulty app *2026-03-17* Your app is not working properly. It won’t show my credit card details and it’s displaying the wrong information. The app they had years ago was simple functional and actually worked. This one is complicated and is “down” for months at a time. Can login to the website just fine but the app says invalid every time. ### 1/5 — Thumb Scan Feature Poorly Designed (Still!) *2017-11-10* My original review: *I would probably give this a 3 or 4 star review if it wasn't for the thumb scan. Most apps use the thumb scan as quick access option. This app only uses the thumb scan as another "enter" button. You still have to input your password AND security question every time. Fix this feature and I will change my review to a 4 star.* Way to not improve anything on this app. Maybe you should listen to your feedback before redesigning your app. 2 thumbs down. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2017-04-27* Don't work on my iPhone only when is connected to wifi called the bank and they tell you that you need data turn on .... really is a waste of time not body checks on this crap anyway ### 1/5 — Horrible new design. *2015-12-13* The old app wasnt fancy but it was more functional than this one. This app has all the transactions in and out of your account but no descriptions at all. You have to use the side menu to go to website and then click on "full website" so you arent in the mobile portion and then resign in again. At this point you can then click on your account to see the description of your transactions of where you spent your money at. I feel like that is a lot of work just to see where my money went. I feel like that this isnt that hard to put in the app, why is it not built in? If i could go back to the older app, I would. ### 1/5 — Awful *2015-10-18* Half the time it doesn't work. Now when you look at your account information it doesn't tell you where transactions have been made at. I'm going to be switching banks because of this awful app. Get with the times.
