I just paid for this app and can't even use it. iPhone 5, iOS7, updated. It crashes immediately when trying to use the quiz, every time. I want my money back.

J'ai HT cui cui qui ne me donnait accès qu'au territoire européen alors que je voulais l'édition canadienne.
L'info n'est pas claire, ce qui nous oblige à débourser 2 X 3$ + 180 Mo de bande passante!

Maybe I was expecting too much. When the description said I would be able to identify bird calls, I thought I would be able to use my phone as a microphone and the app would identify the bird! Nope. You have to know the call and go through all the bird songs till you find the one that matches. If you just like listening to bird calls, you will like this app. It is nice the way they have the different calls categorized/ organized.

Just purchased Chirps Canada after having Chirps US - where is the Golden Eagle? I see them frequently and wanted to know their sound. Not in either version of Chirps.

Love this app for its convenience. Makes it easy to quiz myself whenever I have free time. Only downside is it’s missing some key species (particularly if you’re in the southern prairies)

Could not find swan or trumpeter swan or seagull. Got them all here. 
Also for $4.99 thought I would be able to record what I heard & have the app identify the bird rather than having to scroll through the list. You cannot always see the bird. Am I missing something?

Doesn’t do the identification for you like some apps, but does have a fun listening quiz game to help you practice and get better at identifying bird songs yourself. And doesn’t overload you with too much info— just enough to help you identify common birds in your area. I also use other apps when i need more detail, but still love this one too. Thanks!
p.s. is there a way to remove the review that says you can use this to attract birds? That is NOT what it’s for! Please do not harass birds with it!

The data bank is a decent size with many song variations the birds may have.  It’s definitely worth the cost for people who want to learn bird calls and expand identification knowledge. Nice layout too!

This app has been ridiculously helpful in preparing for a bird identification exam. Worth the money for me, as it helped me learn to distinguish between groups of birds that sounded very similar to me in class.
